Request: Please provide a role to install the client applications minirtool, amtool etc #287

In an attempt to standardize some of our development environments we have an ansible script which installs a lot of common developer tools

Please provide a role to install the client applications minirtool, amtool etc so that we don't have to cobble this together ourselves.
