I would really like to be able to raise a metric for any user in an oncall schedule - that isn't currently connected with a "live connectivity metric" (such as telegram).
Since those users then won't actually see any messages from oncall - and we've seen this not being noticed by them (until alerts fly and escalations fire to someone else). So catching this when it breaks - instead of when it fails in oncall - would be really nice :)
