There is currently no way of knowing what has happened in the past with projects that have gotten challenged and removed, or who challenged them, etc. I would suggest there will be added a timeline of events in order to be fully transparent

For example, one of the projects I added has disappeared from the website, and I can't verify what happened with it from the moment I added it and until now, therefore, a log/timeline would be needed in this case.
