Creating a content pack should allow selection of individual extractors for a given input

When creating a content pack, all extractors for a given input are automatically included for export. There are instances where you may not want to export all extractors for the given input when creating a content pack.

Ideally a list of extractors would be displayed for selection after the input has been selected.
