Cumulative CNV plot

Dear GenVisR team,

Thank you so much for such an amazing package. I managed to create the CNV frequency plots for each of my cancer subgroups individually, however I would like to make a cumulative CNVfreq plot for these different subgroups. I wonder if that can be done using cnfreq()? Or if there are any suggestions on how that could be made ? :)
