Is it possible to edit a line item on the list?

We use a basic list of items in the fridge at our cottage, and it's a pain to delete a line item and re add it, just to change the quantity of the particular item. Rearranging items on the list would be a nice touch as well if editing a line isn't possible.

Would it also be possible to limit the amount of lines shown before having to scroll, instead of having all items shown in a long list? This would help to clean up a long list quite a bit.
