Allow to exclude resources.

Hi,

It would be really helpful if the Twitter-Bootstrap plug-in would have a switch, e.g. in Config.groovy that would allow to exclude the resources (or consider them already provided), since in many cases they're really provided by a design team (heavily customized TB resources).

Of course, even without the default resource files this plug-in makes sense, since it has the paging fix and hopefully TB specific scaffolding too.
