self.ipython_handle.kernel not defined

When running the chat notebook in either VSCode or Google Colab, I get the following error when running any of the examples.

I haven't used Python or Jupyter in ages, so maybe this isn't library specific, however the answer wasn't readily apparent.

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'kernel'

This was a bug that slipped into 0.0.62, pushed a new release with a fix right now!
