what is "part_seg_refinement" doing? #137

Hi @guochengqian,

Thanks for your nice work and code release.

When I'm trying to reproduce your shapenet result, I find there is a function "part_seg_refinement" that seems a bit confusing to me.

Could you please explain what it is doing?

Besides, may I confirm whether the final result is obtained on the 2048 test points (per-object)?
