添加应用内配置代理功能 #108

不知道开发者有没有考虑过为 VVEX 添加应用内代理功能。

因为手机上已经开了 Tailscale 连接家里的服务，所以 Clash 只能关闭 VPN 服务仅用做代理。

像是 Telegram 就官方支持代理，V2EX 的安卓三方客户端中 v2compose 也添加了这个功能。不过太久没更新，现在挺多问题的。

希望能考虑下这个功能
