Unable to configure for building

I am trying to get 3.2 configured and built on Windows 10. I have bootstrapped the vcpkg and that seems to be fine. However, when I run CMake configure step from the Command Prompt, it finishes with some errors that I can't seem to overcome. I've used vcpkg to install PROJ4 and GDAL separately, but that did not resolve the error.

I gave up trying to do the SDK build myself and just used 'vcpkg install osgearth:x64-windows'. It worked fine.

Did you set up the environment variable to vcpkg installed folder? I do not have problems with building the last version of osgEarth.
