This issue can be for some notes on using neo4j 5.X, which requires some changes to the import command:

  • See configuration file in /usr/local/Cellar/neo4j/5.1.0/libexec/conf
neo4j-admin database import full mira \
        --delimiter='TAB' \
        --overwrite-destination=true \
        --skip-duplicate-nodes=true \
        --skip-bad-relationships=true \
        --nodes ~/.data/mira/demo/import/nodes.tsv.gz \
        --relationships ~/.data/mira/demo/import/edges.tsv.gz
