Overview

Organize TDM project board, "on dev - not yet pushed to prod" issues to ensure no issues get lost or misplaced.

Action Items

  • Create slide deck
  • Compile list of issue numbers that are in the column
  • Search previous release decks to see if we already got approval for each issue (back until 2024-11-12)
    • Add note to each issue with when it got approval
    • Copy slide and put it in the new deck
  • Create a slide for any issues in the column that have not received approval in the staging deck and add a comment to the issues to review before 2025-02-04 meeting

What remains for us to do, is to go through the Approved by Stakeholder, To be Pushed to Prod and figure out what should be removed. See this item on 2025-02-05 agenda let's decide what to do with the items in the On Dev - not yet pushed to Prod that will never be moved out of the column
