Overview

We need to set up all the necessary documents and outline all the Google Drive folders for the FAQ page Usability Testing, so that the resources needed to complete the research are accessible and can be attached to all relevant FAQ page file issues. This will ensure a smooth research process.

Action Items

Utilizing the existing templates in the Google Drive, create and adjust the names of the following documents:

  • Decision Record Outline Template
  • RP007: Research Plan
  • RP007: Research Instructions
  • RP007: Blank TDM Participant Tracker
  • RP007: Participant Tracker - De-Identified
  • RP007: Recruitment Message
  • RP007: FAQ page Testing Script
  • RP007: Interview Process Guide
  • RP007: FAQ page Testing Interview Q&A
  • RP007: TDM FAQ page Presentation
