Pages, Keynotes and such application cannot upload their own file

I bought iPad pro last week, I tested "Notes" (similar to Microsoft words) made by apple,
to write something, to paste some photo,... and tried to save via Seafile into the remote folder.
I saw that there is a warning/error message like that "File does not exist" or "we should connect to Seafile server (or we need to connect on the network, maybe?)".

I know that this is duplicated issue and here something is similar or the same with this.
but i wonder that this is really similar or the same issue, so I'm about to report individually.

as I remember in my experience, It looks like something hard to fix.
so how much far from the start of trying bugfix now?

I ran into this problem in the MindNode-App, that cannot save their content through the Files-App in Seafile.
