Share file for specific user, group or organisation #5464

Can nobody relate to this? |
Seafile is organized by libraries. Folder is the minimal share unit. If you'd like to share a file, you can use external links. We don't have a plan to support sharing a single file to a user, group internally. |

Hi!
Why isn't it possible to share a single file with an existing Seafile user/group/organisation? Why do i have to share a Lib or Folder at first?
Why is the UI saying i can add members (click file info at the top) but when a want to add members i still have to put the file in an already shared Lib or Folder with the desired user.
This is an UI/UX pain point. Because most of the modern cloudservices let me share single files with existing users.
Thank you.
