tracker-search-provider show the same info as gnome shell

I'll take an example to explain my point of view. When you type "calc" in gnome-shell, to search the application, the tracker-search-provider will show "/usr/share/applications/....calc.desktop and "....libreoffice-calc.desktop". It's the same information as gnome-shell is offering, just without a beautiful icon :-)
Would it possible to add something like var filetype = "Image"; so that some information are not shown anymore. I tried with var filetype = "TextDocument"; but i don't know if this is working for everyone
