Also similar to the confluence stopper, is it possible to generate a stopper for when an apartment contains 0 cells after t=0? This seems like it occurs mostly during the K562-resistant cells. However, this may be challenging if the chip is out of focus in the middle of imaging (it may throw away too much information). it may also be helpful to know how many of the “0 cells” are occurring.
