Given a user wishes to update their username (from /Identity/Account/Manage), the user can choose an allowance from the nav bar. They will be redirected to the Manage your account page. From the Profile section on this page, enter a new username in the profile section and save it. Their changes will be updated.

This represents a bug fix: currently the Username field from the Manager your account page cannot be edited.
