Joomla Module Meetup.com

The Joomla Meetup.com Module displays event information or a Meetup Group. Meetup is the world's largest network of local groups. http://www.meetup.com

Installation

1. goto Github tags and download the most recent tagged version.
2. goto Joomla extension manager and install this module
3. the Meetup.com Module can now be used as a normal module.

Configuration

1. Meetup API Key -> You'll need to provide this key with every request the module makes to the Meetup API. This key can be found on http://www.meetup.com/meetup_api/key/.
2. Group ID -> this is the ID of your Meetup Group. This ID can be found on http://www.meetup.com/meetup_api/console/?path=/2/groups Use the group name in the URL and copy it into field 'group_urlname'. The GroupID can be found in the result of the API call.
