使用 /cmd 接口调用发送 下一首 指令后，/playingmusic 获取到的 offset 值还是旧的，而且延迟 3 秒获取都有较大概率不对

另外暂停状态能否把之前记录的歌曲时长返回出来，而不是只返回 -1
