WordPress Version: 6.7.1
PHP Version: 8.1.23
Database: MySQL 8.0.16
Theme: TT4

When Restrict Network Templates is enabled, the Post Editor cannot correctly detect the currently selected page template, nor is the Swap Template feature available.

The issue exists on any site within a Multisite Network that is not the "main" site.

Plugin Disabled:
restrict-network-templates-disabled

Plugin Enabled:
restrict-network-templates-enabled
