Feat: More Information in Summary View

Feature Description

When we make the /summary call it would be helpful to show (in another split window(s)) more metadata about the MR. Initially, this could include at the very least the author of the MR; it's status (resolved, etc); and pipeline status. The other commands would still be relevant if you wanted to get more detailed pipeline information or assign reviewers.

I'm thinking this could be a third panel and would include "metadata" and could be expanded to include other information if necessary like reviewers, assignees, labels, etc.
