Handle notification group removal

The BE has been introduced a new endpoint notifications/groups/:groupId which allow the user to remove a targeted notification group. The FE hasn't utilised this endpoint yet. Since I am not 100% familiar with the codebase perhaps somebody else could add some additional info to this issue about the expected code change.

I am also happy to accommodate the BE change if nobody want to take it.
