As you can see on: https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/helm/latest

Version shown on registry is 3.0.0-pre1 but this is a pre-release version
Latest stable version should be 2.17.0

I also see that upgrade_install is still listed in the documentation for this release, but noticed in the codebase it has been removed/isnt present. Are there plans to add this back?
