pgp init failed

Describe the bug
I want to initialize with pgp:

• Failed to initialize by reading the GPG public key from a web page;
• The initialization is successful by reading the GPG public key through the Valut CLI

Expected behavior
If you use Web Front to read the PGP public key, do you have any requirements for the file format content of the PGP public key, and if so, give an example
If it's a bug in the web front, fix it
