https://github.com/xmonad/X11 migrated from Travis to GH Actions, but we now have to use github-patches for the autoreconf invocation that used to be automatic with the Travis backend.

Not really a big deal and maybe should be solved in cabal instead (haskell/cabal#4903), but filing here anyway in case someone else runs into it.
