Flew some more today. This time I switched between 90fps and 720p/60fps. I still see the cartoon looking video. I turned off/on when it showed up. It seems like the only thing that makes it go away is disconnecting power from the drone and re-powering. This is also random though as I never know if that is going to work either.

I had the same problem with nano v2 camera and used manual white balance to solve this.
Then set WB Red and Blue to have normal colors. I have blue at 255 and red at arround 200.
You can switch between auto and manual to find the right values.
