Problem Description

AddConfigBlock was added in #8655 , docs for AddConfigBlock were added in #8807 . It works for properties.

But there are no mentions about YAML support for AddConfigBlock. No javadoc, no regular docs. Is it possible, right? I've found example in this issue and in io.helidon.microprofile.tests.testing.testng.TestAddConfigBlockYaml.

What about HOCON support? Is it working?

It's better to add javadoc for AddConfigBlock.value and add some docs/examples.
