Language Server is started twice

Here is config:

Later when I open Python file, it starts again same server.

I believe our behavior is correct here, opening a jinja file should start jinja-lsp with language-id of html as you have configured. Opening a python file should start a separate instance with language-id set to python (defaults to the language name if not specified).

I don't think that is the reason, a single lsp instance can handle differen language ids (its not passed at startup).

I haven't looked into this specific case (hard to without more detailed logs). I suspect that this is a case of the two instances resolving to two different roots which does indeed intentionally start two seperate instances (one for each root) unless the languages servers support multiple workspaces

git init in subdirectory somehow fixes this.
