Collapsible flickering when toggled too fast

First of all, great project everyone, congratz. 😄

Steps to reproduce the issue:

• Go to https://hsds.helpscout.com/?path=/story/utilities-ui-interactive-collapsible--default-story
• Click on Toggle button twice (fast)
• Note that the closing animation will jump and flicker

I fixed that issue on this commit (my fork): marceloadsj@c8c0e74
