Libinput config

Try to find a way (preferably without a configuration file) to configure libinput with different input devices: touchpad, mouse, ...

This will probably require some changes to the project structure, since pywlroots does not provide an interface to libinput. This means that Gabbia would have to implement an interface to libinput, which will probably make it difficult to release Gabbia as a single file, which would not be a bad thing, but would go against the original goal.
