AnimeEffects won't open at all

I have an issue with my AnimeEffects, before I start I have a disclaimer that I'm only an artist and I'm not really good with computers or programs, so sorry! (Also english is not my first language)
Anyway, I got a problem right after installing AnimeEffects. Downloading and installation went smoothly, but program didn't opened so I restarted my laptop, wishing that maybe it could help.
It didn't.
When I open it, it shows me a message saying "Program AnimeEffects stopped working. Program has stopped working correctly due to the problem. Windows will close the program and notify You, if an available solution exists." (sorry again, it's a rough translation from polish which is also at the screenshots)
And it doesn't notify me about any solusions.
Is there anything I can do?

@Ananastek Hey, I don't think the original developer is around anymore. I'm also a user who was interested in this software but had to abandon it since noone seemed to take charge to improve it. However I help with another project so I'm used to see similar issues, so if you don't mind can you try the following solutions?:

1. Try to run AnimeEffects as an administrator. Right click on the executable file and on the pop-up menu press "run as administrator"
2. Optional: Try this step If you're using Windows 8 or above, right click on the AnimeEffects.exe file > on the pop-up menu go to properties > in the properties window go to the "compatibility" tab > enable the option "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and choose Windows 7.
3. It's also possible Windows blocked the contents of the ZIP file, so when you download the AnimeEffects compressed folder (ZIP) before you extract it's contents you have to "unblock" it. To do this right click the original ZIP file you downloaded > go to properties > and in the General Tab, look below for a button that says "unblock" then press "apply" and "ok"

4. It may be possible that other essential files from your operating system are missing, but without further info it's a bit of a hit and miss tactic, so please let me know which operating system you are using (e.g Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10) and what bit type (e.g 32-bits, 64-bits)

If you still can't run it, message me to let me know and we'll see what else we can do. Once you have tried everything and it still doesn't work I can happily direct you to other software that might help you to achieve a similar workflow. Take care 🙂

i also have the same issue, whenever i open it a message pops up telling me animeeffects has stopped working i'm really confused now.
and i know that this was posted 2 years ago

same problem here, I've done everything you said and it didn't work
