Ordhook version

I am having trouble displaying ordhook version. I compile many versions from github and it always says the same version:

ordhook --version

ordhook-cli 2.0.0

Is there a command that can show the actual version compiled? I am using correct branch and it should be displayed currently as current release 2.2.5
It gets confusing if my errors I get are because of wrong version and I do not know what version I am using.
