please add support for sdk>=16. instrumentation tests are failing on devices with sdk 19

The min SDK version is currently 21, that would be why 19 isn't supported. I plan to lower the supported version at some point when I have time :)

This is really good if it's possible to support level 19. Isn't there a support version of android sdk for leanback library to support lower version of android like what they did for the ActionBar?
