When making a private group, give the creator "manage channel" permission while turning it off for @everyone #5

The manage channel might not work with the proper setup but this would allow for manual changes to the private channels.

The second part is to make not visible to just be put on @everyone rather than all the possible roles to clean up the permissions and the command function
