Tumors are very difficult to model and if we want to use FHIR for registration in cancer registers, we need a general model.
Are there thougts on making a logical model for oncology? I think the US did something like that with there mCODE-ig (e.g. https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-mCODE-ig/StructureDefinition-mcode-cancer-stage.html)
I'm not saying we should do it (and I don't want to copy-paste the US), but tumors are tricky and a logical model for this seems handy.
Thought? Ideas? Concerns?

This would be a nice initiative, thanks @annabel-uzl . However, I think this issue belongs in core-clinical, because it is related to observation. I will move it there!
