What's the context to enforce a minimum cardinality of 2 extensions in BeMedicationLine #210

In the context of the data capability projects, I want to model medication administrations where I use BeMedicationLine (MedicationStatement) to record a medication that has been consumed by a patient.
I noticed the MedicationStation extension has a minimum cardinality of 2 items. It is not clear to me what the reason for this. Within the extension, it is mandatory to add the artifact-version and adherence parameters. To be honest, I don't know which information I need to enter in these fields. Is it possible to give some more context about this decision and why a minimum of two extensions are required here?

WG 10-09:
Business currently says Adherence is mandatory with default to "unknown". We challenged why this means making it mandatory. We will ask RIZIV-INAMI to confirm with business experts if we can make it optional, because we can assume that empty status means the same as "unknown", and we don't want to force this for all use cases.
