Fan swing state changes to off immediately after turning it on

What issue do you have? Please be as thorough and explicit as possible.

When turning on the oscillate switch in HomeKit or the Govee app, the fan starts oscillating and the status in the log immediately shows "current swing [on]" followed by "current swing [off]" within the same second. The fan keeps oscillating, and the proper state is reflected in the Govee app, but in HomeKit it's off. To actually make it stop oscillating in HomeKit, the switch has to be turn on then off again.

• Which version of this plugin (homebridge-govee) do you have? Has the issue started since upgrading from a previous version?

Version 10.12.1 - I just installed it, so this is the only version I've ever used.

• Which Govee devices do you have that are causing issues? Please include product models if applicable.
