Where do I find the 23 digit Govee Device ID?

On the config of the plugin in Homebridge it says "Enter the 23 digit Govee Device ID to begin". Where do I find that? In the Govee App I only find device MAC addresses, but they're much shorter.

It would be good to add some guidance for how devices are added.

In the plugin config screen go to the “my devices” tab the ID is shown there for each device

I don't see any devices. I seem to be missing a function to add or discover devices? Could you give me a hint?
