Proposal to add parent/guardian confirmation or revision to to the site.

Feature Name
parent/guardian confirmation or revision on the wish detail summary page

Functionality
Probably want to let the parent/guardian confirm/edit the answers that the kid provided to the questions (name, age, hometown)

Notes
Right now, whatever the kid puts in is the profile... Kids aren't necessarily the best at typing/most reliable sources
