Proposal to add new wish from the wish list to to the site.

Feature Name
Add wish from wishlist

Functionality
Some way to go from /wish-summary to /landing

Notes
I think that as an admin/support staff, I'd want to be able to return to the wish prompt from the wish list
Currently, the way I see to get to the wish prompt is to log in
