Proposal to add delete wish to to the site.

Functionality
On the wish curation list, for a logged in admin user, have a way to delete a wish

Notes
I would expect some kind of confirmation since I think it would be a rare event to delete a wish from the system. It wouldn't make sense to me to delete more than 1 wish at a time.
Looks like this is where admin would matter!
