The extension isn't available in the marketplace.

This is a little late but here's how to install it.

Download into ~/folder/

$ cd ~/folder/
$ code --install-extension auto-collapse-explorer-0.0.2.vsix
Extension 'auto-collapse-explorer-0.0.2.vsix' was successfully installed!
