The command "Octo: Show tools" doesn't work, and displays the following error: command 'octo.showTools' not found (note that the documentation for the extension calls it "Octo: Open tools").

The same goes for the others: command 'octo.openExample' not found, command 'octo.decompile' not found, command 'octo.openDocs' not found, command 'octo.showSource' not found, command 'octo.showToolsToSide' not found.
