Server operations need to be configurable #1

Right now the operations that run on the server cannot be configured. The exact form of how the configuration should look needs to be nailed down, but it's likely to be along the lines of the proxy configuration.

This has been worked on now, and operations can be added to the basic model centric view, but they can't be added directly to services or applications yet.

The default operations can now also be removed, and the URLs can be changed. We still can't mount operations into applications or services though.
