Include Contribution Guidelines

For new developers onboarding onto the project, it would be good to have documentation on the contribution guidelines to give them a solid start.
This will ensure consistency in the codebase and the repository in terms of PR formats, code guidelines, branch naming, PR review, the format of commit messages, etc.
