Vst3PluginのAPIから返るエラーコードを正しく上位に伝える仕組みが整備されていなくてエラーが無視されている箇所がある。

Vst3Plugin以外でもエラーハンドリングが中途半端になっている箇所がいくつかあるので合わせて見直す。
