Switch to other Sphinx theme

I check django-turbo-response docs from time to time, but I do not think the doc theme is good.

I know the developer want to make it look similar with hotwire doc site, but the final result does not look good.

The first goal of a doc theme is to help developers quickly understand the project

One good option is https://github.com/pradyunsg/furo , this theme is used by many Django projects doc, it looks clean and supports both light/dark theme.
