Scenario

When a user visits the new paper page
And fills in 'COMPUTING MACHINERY AND INTELLIGENCE', 'Mind 49: 433-460', and 1950, respectively
And submits the form
Then the paper should be found in the database

Error

Got ActiveRecord::RecordNotFound: Couldn't find Paper

Estimated progress: 75% complete
